We stand behind our products with a 14-day full refund policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a full refund. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded. If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to request a refund, please contact us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds for Non-returnable Items

Perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are covered under our full refund policy.

Refunds Process

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
